Tony D’Annunzio, Award-Winning Film Producer; Director, Technical Advisor: Tony D’Annunzio is a multi-Emmy Award-Winning film producer and director with over 20 years of experience in senior-level live event technical management and broadcast television. Tony’s internationally acclaimed independent film, “Louder Than Love: The Grande Ballroom Story” explores the story of the historic Detroit music venue that introduced internationally renowned artists Led Zeppelin, Cream, Frank Zappa, B.B. King, Janis Joplin, Pink Floyd, the MC5, Bob Seger, and The Who. Prodigiously researched, the film features interviews with Alice Cooper, Dick Wagner, Ted Nugent, John Sinclair, Russ Gibb, Mark Farner, B.B. King, and Roger Daltrey,


With a portfolio of producing high profile events and productions, Tony’s broad resume includes events in corporate, political, sporting, and entertainment. His work includes clients and events such as Sustainable Brands, North American International Auto Show, FCA Supplier Awards, and Sistine Chapel Men’s Choir North American Tour. As Director of Live Events at Conference Technologies, and as a producer for Jeff Moon Production Services, Tony collaborates with broad cast television networks, creative agencies, and fortune 500 companies. A winner of the prestigious Kresge Foundation Grant, D’Annunzio is a frequent guest lecturer at universities and schools, including The University of Michigan’s History Honors Masters Class.
